Opportunity in Living was founded in 1996 by David and Barbara Hillman. The focus was to start an agency that provided individual residential alternatives for adults with intellectual disabilities that were supportive, community-based placements in host homes or apartment settings. Opportunity In Living has steadily grown over the years and now provides services in Denver, Douglas, Arapahoe, Adams and Jefferson counties. We have program approval by the State of Colorado to provide residential, day program and vocational services.
