RamStrength Lubick Foundation

The mission of RamStrengthâ„¢ is to support local cancer survivors by providing financial assistance for basic needs, scholarships, programs and services. Our vision is to be a leading force in changing the face of survivorship, where no one has to decide between cancer treatment and their basic needs. RamStrengthâ„¢ is the only local non-profit that provides direct financial assistance to local cancer patients, helping them meet basic needs while going through treatment. The basic needs program provides assistance with mortgage and rent payments, car payments and unforeseen auto repairs, monthly bills for utilities and groceries, transportation to and from chemotherapy appointments, medical insurance premiums, prescription or lab co-pays, and counseling services. Scholarships and financial assistance are awarded to CSU students surviving cancer. CSU scholarship recipients are supported in their educational goals and encouraged to overcome the hardship that a cancer diagnosis has placed on their lives. Services and event programs includes sponsorships for children surviving cancer to attend summer camps, cancer survivor support groups, and programs. RamStrengthâ„¢ sponsors children afflicted with cancer to attend Sky High Hope Camp in Bellvue, CO and Camp Wapiyapi in Estes Park, CO. Both camps welcome young cancer survivors and their siblings to experience the outdoors in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere.
