Neighbors Helping Neighbors 2021

The mission of Broomfield FISH is to meet our neighbors' basic human needs and provide them with hope and tools to rise out of poverty. FISH is a nonprofit organization that provides food, emergency financial assistance, and one-on-one mentoring support to Broomfield residents in need. As the only food bank and family resource center in Broomfield, FISH has to be ready for any emergency.

In 2020, FISH supported over 12,000 unduplicated people, which is 1 in 7 Broomfield residents, with food, emergency financial assistance, and critical resources. Currently we are spending between $20,000 and $25,000/month on purchased food and we are distributing 128,000+ pounds of food each month.

To help cover the rising costs, FISH is once again hosting our Neighbors Helping Neighbors event. Our goal is to support our team champions as they raise awareness and funds for our organization. Please consider following a team champion, frequently checking on their individual website to see updated information and making a contribution to their page to help us collectively raise $50,000 for our neighbors in need.
