Some nonprofits in our community
  • Anderson Ranch Arts Center
Anderson Ranch is a place that inspires creativity and provides its students with the time, tools, and guidance essential to give that creativity form. As a learning community, we welcome people of every age, ability and skill level to engage in art making and reconnect with themselves as artists.
  • Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter
The Aspen Animal Shelter also serves as the headquarters for the nonprofit, Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter (FAAS). By educating the public and handing out free spay/neuter certificates for local pets, we like to say that the Aspen Animal Shelter and FAAS are "Spaying it Forward!"
  • Literacy Outreach
Literacy Outreach aids learners on their journey to gain basic literacy skills. In 2017, 145 learners strived to reach their literacy goals. These goals included learning to read, write or complete simple math computations. Still, others learned to speak English. Please donate today!
  • CASA of the Ninth
As a small non-profit, we rely on the support of caring people in our community as we give a voice to children who have been abused, neglected, or witnessed domestic violence in Pitkin, Garfield, and Rio Blanco counties. Monetary donations qualify for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit.
