Montclair School Peak Partnership

A nonprofit organization

The Mission of Montclair Elementary PEAK Partnership is to facilitate the participation of the entire school community to help all Montclair students grow and become successful, lifelong learners in a safe, and nurturing environment

Mission

To facilitate participation of the entire school community to help all Montclair students grow and become successful, lifelong learners in a safe, healthy, sustainable and nurturing environment.

Background Statement

After Montclair School recieved the designation as on of the first DPS Innovation Schools in Spring 2009, a new parent-teacher group was formed under the premise that an Innovation School should have an innovative parent-teacher group as well. The group would be inclusive of all, whereby all parents, gaurdians, teachers, staff and those involved in the Montclair community would automatically be a member. No dues would be required to join and the group would not be affiliated with any national, political organization. It would officially be called Montclair School P.E.A.K Partnership, representing Parents, Educators and Kids.

P.E.A.K Partnership recieved official designation as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in November, 2010. The members of P.E.A.K are all families and staff memebers who are associated with Montclair. We strive to be inclusive of all and build a strong community partnership.
