I've been taking Kabbalah and Mussar classes at KE for the past 10 years.
These have been 10 years of intense personal challenges -- many deaths -- husband, brother, mother, sister in law, great nephew, friends, personal health issues, personal relationship issues .
KE has been CRUCIAL in my rising above the fray and learning how to stay balanced and grounded and focused and to trust in myself.
I now understand what it means when 'they' say : In order to love others, you need to love yourself. ~ N. Nowak
