Description

This is a program in which you will have the opportunity to experience the magic of horses and their natural ability to help us learn, grow, and heal. Through participating in experiential learning activities with the horses you will have the opportunity to learn how you make and break contact in your relationships. You will learn about energy and intuition. Then, by engaging in Yoga with Horses, you will become more deeply aware of your physical body, emotions, and breath, in addition to gaining a deeper connection to the world around you.

Evidence of Program's Success

Surveys done before and at the completion of the program after 1 day demonstrate 30% improvement in all psychological parameters questioned. These include questions about feeling anxious, supported, calm, connected to themselves, others and their environment, feeling empowered, able to focus and able to stay in the moment and feeling reconnected to their bodies. Additionally, post program evaluations overwhelmingly rate program activities, facilitators, and logistics of set-up and facilities at our highest rating of "very positive." Facebook reviews of attendees give a rating of 4.9 out of 5.
