Background Statement

Through Hilltop’s wide range of programs individuals and families in our community are building brighter, more secure futures for themselves. Hilltop Community Resources is a dynamic and innovative non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of thousands of people annually across the Western Slope. From connecting expecting families to quality healthcare or providing emergency shelter for victims of intimate partner violence, all the way to empowering adults with traumatic brain injuries to live independently, Hilltop is there to help you face life's challenges.

Our goal is to put people first every day. We do that by collaborating with local agencies, both traditional and non-traditional, to identify and remove barriers to services to create equitable access for all. We believe by meeting those in need where they are with empathy and compassion, we can connect them to opportunities to build a brighter future.
