For 75 years, Hilltop Community Resources has supported individuals and families across Colorado's Western Slope. Through a wide range of programs, we help people find safety, care, connection, independence, and the resources they need to move forward.

From services for survivors of intimate partner violence and adults with brain injuries to senior care, behavioral health, and family support, Hilltop responds to the changing needs of our community.

Background Statement

For 75 years, Hilltop Community Resources has evolved to meet the changing needs of our community. Our name, locations, and programs may have changed over time, but our purpose has remained the same: to create connection and build a community where everyone belongs.

Hilltop is powered by people. Our staff, volunteers, partners, and donors work together to support individuals and families through some of life's most challenging circumstances.

Across more than 30 programs, Hilltop provides compassionate, collaborative services throughout Colorado's Western Slope. From connecting expecting parents with quality healthcare and providing emergency shelter for survivors of intimate partner violence to supporting older adults and helping adults with brain injuries live more independently, our work reflects the diverse needs of the people and communities we serve.

For generations, Hilltop has grown and changed alongside the Western Slope while remaining committed to one thing: being there when people need connection, support, and a place to belong.
