Over 4,000 animals enter our facility each year, some are lost, some are unable to remain with their families, many are in need of necessary medical treatment and care, and all are in need of a second chance. For these animals, we are their best hope to find hope, to find love, and a forever home.

Founded in 1961, the Humane Society of Weld County is an independent nonprofit agency, providing adoption, lost and found, owner surrender services, and humane education programs. We rely on donations from our generous community, grant funding and municipal contracts to support the services we offer.
