Funds donated to HPI will prevent homelessness for local families. HPI and Neighbor to Neighbor merged in Nov. 2016 in order to expand critical housing services to those in need. HPI's 15 year history will continue as a Neighbor to Neighbor program. For more on N2N, click Neighbor to Neighbor above for full organizational info.
Funds donated to HPI will provide assistance with: emergency rent, first month rent, security deposits, and housing search assistance. These funds will prevent local households from being displaced, enabling each household to maintain stability.
"My family was traveling when we had a vehicle issue. The repair caused us
to dip into our account and made us short on our following month's rent. I am writing to share heart-felt thanks for the assistance I received from N2N and HPI. I am a veteran who never asks for anything unless I earn it. This was my first time and I will not ask again. I will make sure I'm not in this position again. Again, thank you so much.
