Some nonprofits in our community
  • Habitat for Humanity of Mesa County
Habitat builds strength, stability, self-reliance with hardworking people through its Homeownership Program, community partnerships and affordable housing. With a place to call home, people are building long-term financial security without sacrificing the essentials- food, education and health.
  • Good Samaritan Clinic of Western Colorado
We are now in our third year of operation as a free and charitable clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured people of Western Colorado. Our all-volunteer health professionals have provided primary medical and mental health care to over 1000 patients.
  • Hope of the Grand Valley
HOPE of the Grand Valley helps support people trying to break the cycle of poverty. To that end, HOPE of the Grand Valley focuses on helping families with budget coaching, personal and family support counseling, and resume building to create a more predictable and secure family environment.
  • Child and Migrant Services, Inc.
Farm workers are a critical component of the 22 million dollar fruit production sector of Mesa County. However, they face unique challenges, when they arrive and during their integration to our community. CMS empowers their skills and strengthens their community connectedness. Help us meet our goal!
