  • Mountain Family Center
    MFC is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization serving Grand County. Currently, MFC counts over 6,800 annual visits to its food pantries each year serving just over 2000 individuals of which 25% are children. Working poor households must often choose between paying bills, rent or buying groceries.
  • Grand County Rural Health Network
    Our vision is that everyone in our community has what they need to thrive and be healthy. We work with individuals to improve their health, and with our partners to improve our community. We know that health is more than healthcare and that we are all HEALTHIER TOGETHER. Thank you for your support!
  • Grand County Library Foundation
    Our donors help us sustain the growth of strong communities through investment in the public libraries of Grand County. Libraries support literacy, opportunities for personal growth and engagement -- the basis for flourishing individuals, families in our mountain towns.
  • Grand Beginnings
    The vision of Grand Beginnings is that Grand County is a community that values the health and development of young children, their families, and the professionals who work in early childhood.
