The mission of Extended Hands of Hope is to provide children and adults who have been trafficked, and those at high risk of being trafficked, with preventive and supportive services, resources, and recovery, empowering them with renewed hope, self-worth, and dignity.
Extended Hands of Hope (EHH) was founded in 2013 in response to the demands and barriers for more adequate and appropriate housing, safety, and recovery opportunities, specifically for minors recovering from sex trafficking in the Denver Metropolitan Area. All EHH programs are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and modeled after best practices in operation throughout the country. The well-trained staff members receive on-going and specialized training in working with trafficked, exploited, and sexually abused victims.
"Lorna" - says, "I'm thankful for the staff and what you guys have done for me. I'm
thankful for the Lord. I'm thankful I haven't run away from home and my mom hasn't kicked me out. I'm thankful for my mentor. And, I'm thankful I'm on the right track now...I know it's because of the support of EHH - thank you to everyone who has helped me".
