Testimonials

One of our grantees, Denver Kids, provides at-risk DPS students as young as second grade with counseling, tutoring and support continuously, so that they graduate. Further our grantees: mentor and coach high-achieving, at-risk HS juniors and seniors and train them in applying for scholarships to colleges and vocational schools; bring music education to underserved elementary schools; create competitive opportunities for HS students to expand their knowledge of our Constitution; showcase student art in a wide array of media; support 22 international humanitarian projects and afford refuge to those experiencing homelessness.

Mission

The Mission of the Denver Rotary Club Foundation (DRCF) is to participate actively in the diverse life of our community through the grants it makes every year. The Foundation's grants emphasize our belief in the promise and value of youth and education, affirming our commitment to the humanitarian goals of Rotary. This year half of the funds raised through Colorado Gives Day will support grantees and half will be added to the corpus of the Foundation, creating long-lasting resources to achieve our mission.
