Held on the first and third Saturdays of each month. Purpose is to to open the mind and body with sitting and walking meditation, mindful eating, teachings and discussion among participants.
Participants express that this training is helpful in a variety of positive ways including their personal sense of well being, in relationships with their family, friends and in the workplace. Often people find it helpful in dealing with physical and mental health problems.
