Colorado Gives Day starts in

Colorado House Rabbit Society

We care for about 140 homeless domestic rabbits at our facility in Broomfield. We are 100% volunteer-based so each dollar donated goes to the direct care of the rabbits. We never euthanize except to end suffering after every effort has been made to sustain the rabbit's life.

Colorado HRS rescues homeless house rabbits, or those who need to be re-homed, addresses their medical, physical and emotional needs, spays or neuters them, and places them in new, qualified adoptive homes.

Evidence of Program's Success

Each year HRS places more homeless house rabbits into new homes than it did the prior year.
