Colorado Public Health Association

A nonprofit organization

We seek to attain our vision and accomplish our mission through three core areas of work: professional education, including the annual Public Health in the Rockies state conference; policy and advocacy; and professional development.

Mission

CPHA's mission is to educate, develop and galvanize the Colorado public health community.

Background Statement

Founded in 1938, the Colorado Public Health Association (CPHA) is the oldest and largest non-profit association representing Colorado's statewide network of current and emerging public health professionals, businesses and organizations.

We are an active, dynamic and growing organization that aspires to be the Voice of Public Health in Colorado.

Public health is a Big Tent! We are not just healthcare professionals, local public health officials, researchers or academics.

Any individual, agency, nonprofit organization, company or others working to promote public health-including healthcare, wellness, nutrition, food safety, physical activity, the environment, outdoor recreation, clean water, sustainable and healthy communities-you are part of the public health community, too!
