Mission Statement

CREEC is a membership organization that has the goal of ensuring that everyone can fully and independently participate in our nation's civic life without discrimination based on race, gender, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Organization History

CREEC was founded in 2013 by Tim Fox and Amy Robertson to provide a platform for more creative approaches to civil rights law than were available through a traditional private firm. CREEC promotes our goal of ensuring that everyone can participate independently in our nation's civil life through education - member input, instructional materials, individual advocacy, collaboration, and presentations - and enforcement, that is, investigating and filing lawsuits.
