National Diabetes Prevention Program

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) addresses the increasing burden
of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes in the United States and is the CDC-recognized lifestyle change program, focusing on education in healthy eating and physical activity and supporting people with prediabetes in reducing their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

RN/ LPN Refresher Program

Description

The RN refresher program is an online refresher course for the RN who wishes to return to active nursing practice. It is an anytime, anywhere, program where the individual student, directs and controls their own learning environment. The content is offered through the WebCT Course Management System that can be accessed from any computer with internet access. The student arranges the clinical practicum at an acute care or long term care facility of their choice in their community.
This is the only state recognized fully online program.

85% of our students find employment within 6 months. The students get reinstated as a RN or LPN with the state of Colorado.
