Evidence of Program's Success

Caprock Academy has a 100% graduation rate since its first graduating class in 2013. Caprock is now the fifth largest school in the Grand Valley with over 870 students and active waitlists. In 2019 our high school SAT scores were the highest in the Grand Valley. In the 7 years that we have had graduating classes, 5 graduates have been awarded the prestigious Daniels Fund Scholarship. The Mesa County Library's summer reading program award has gone to Caprock Academy for the last 5 years in a row.

A high school student came to Caprock Academy as a sophomore at 17 years old after failing out of 2 other high schools. Our staff worked closely with her and made a connection for her to our school. She completed Caprock's higher graduation requirements and graduated in 3 years. She currently is a staff trainer for a national corporation.
In 2016-2017, Caprock celebrated the graduation of a student with special education. He had attended our school since middle school and overcame his emotional and physical challenges with the caring of teachers, the structured and safe environment and the consistency he received at Caprock.
