When a child or adult is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, families often must relocate to access specialized medical care. In the midst of a medical crisis, finding safe, affordable housing near the hospital becomes an overwhelming burden.

Located in Aurora, Colorado — just minutes from leading regional hospitals — Brent’s Place is the only long-term, Safe-Clean housing program in the Rocky Mountain West offering wraparound support at no cost to families. Since 1998, we’ve served as a lifeline for more than 2,000 families, providing not just a place to stay, but a place to heal.

In 2024 alone, we provided free housing and comprehensive support to over 400 families from 15 states, delivering more than 22,700 days of housing, 14,200 meals, and vital services like transportation, emotional support, and community programming. Each offering is designed to relieve stress and restore hope for families during the most difficult time of their lives.
