BikerDown.org is a 501c3 non profit that helps injured motorcycle riders in Colorado with the recovery stages of their injuries. We assist the families in managing their recovery and keeping current on their household needs. We also provide medical equipment and other services based on the individuals needs. BikerDown has a network of additional non profits nationwide to assist riders in other states.
BikerDown.org has assisted over 200 injured riders in Colorado and has helped 75 Colorado families deal with the tragedy of a family member who has been lost as a result of a motorcycle accident. We continue to provide necessary recovery assistance to injured riders and your help today will enable us to continue our mission.

Formed in late 2011, BikerDown directly helps injured motorcycle riders who have been hurt while riding. Our organization works directly with the family and injured rider to help them thru the recovery stages of the injury. In the event of a motorcycle fatality, we assist the family with the stages of grief and assist them with any estate issues they might have.
The biker community is one of the most generous un-organized groups who consistently help many charities nationwide and in the Denver community. However, these same riders do not receive the same reciprocating assistance from the community and therefore, BikerDown has created an organization that directly helps the injured motorcycle with hands on assistance and education on motorcycle safety and awareness.
BikerDown is best suited to help these injured riders because we have biker advocates who are trained in assisting these riders and in many cases have personally experienced some of the same experiences as these injured riders. We bring a trained set of skills to quickly key into what a family needs to do to survive during the recovery stage of the injury, which many times is the most difficult issues. How to maintain their home, how to not loose everything while they are recovering or how to rebuild their lives when they are unable to work in the field that they are experienced at.
