Fundraiser launched on November 18, 2021 by
Anthem Highlands has a food shelve at the Parkside Community Center for you to drop off the monthly food drive request, which contributes to the adopt a shelf program at Broomfield FISH. We have created this fundraising page as another way to support both the food drive and the shelf we adopted. This fundraising page allows FISH to purchase food for their most needed items.
WHAT IS FISH?
They are a non-profit organization and a family resource center in Broomfield. Their mission is to provide food, emergency financial assistance, and one-on-one mentoring support to Broomfield residents in need.
WHY DO THEY NEED OUR HELP?
Broomfield families are struggling now more than ever as a result of the pandemic. In the fiscal year 2020, FISH supported 12,601 unduplicated people, which is 1 in 7 Broomfield residents, with food, emergency financial assistance and critical resources. In the last year they helped 200 people experiencing homelessness find shelter and distributed 45% more food.
