AeroAngel helps critically ill children travel to distant, life-saving medical care on private jets at no cost to their families. We meet a critical need to help children access care when they have no other safe transportation option, such as air ambulance or commercial airline.

"Cassius is doing great, still moving in the right direction getting off of meds and transitioning from the tube feeding. We've been having to drive to Gainesville every 4 weeks or so, it's hard on Cassius but he does well enough. We still can't believe we made it home! Just wanted to reach out to let you know how grateful we are for your organization and what you do. It took away an immense amount of stress to know that Eliana would be safe from viral infections before surgery, especially with the covid surges we were having in the Midwest.

The pilots we had were wonderful. They were so kind and engaged with our daughter and family. I loved that David had a connection to the CHD world.

I also wanted to let you know that I so appreciate the call the day before surgery. The team had thrown an alternate surgical route the day before, and I was a mess. I had within the hour before you called got off a heated zoom call with the Boston and Chicago treatment teams and had been crying. My mom said she noticed an immediate change after I spoke to you and you prayed with me. I don't think I even recognized the change in myself, but it was very touching to speak with you.

"Our daughter was born with a congenital heart defect that required us to travel across the country for her open heart surgery. The prospect of travelling via commercial flights with a medically fragile and immunocompromised infant was extremely daunting.

Thankfully, AeroAngel swooped in and delivered a miracle - actually, two miracles! They arranged completely free, direct, private charter flights both to and from our daughter's surgery, so that she would have the best chance to avoid being exposed to illnesses en route, and therefore have the best chance at a good surgical outcome and a long, healthy life.

Everyone we worked with at AeroAngel has been extremely kind and helpful. They didn't yet have a jet donor where we live, so the CEO personally cold called around in order to arrange these flights for us. What a huge relief!

We're happy to report that our daughter is recovering well, thanks in no small part to these wonderful humans!
