3Hopeful Hearts offers grief companionship to families after the loss of a child of any age and cause. Their mission to help bereaved families through events, support, education, and remembrance.
Your Word of Thanks donations will support 3Hopeful Heart's camps and retreats for grieving families.
Camp BraveHeart is an overnight camp for teens ages 12-18 who are grieving the loss of a sibling, parent, or other close family member. Teens will have the opportunity to explore feelings and share memories with other youth who have experienced a similar loss. They will leave this experience with a renewed sense of self and coping skills that will help them manage grief in everyday life.
The Grieving Couples Retreat explores the grief process and differences in female and male grieving. Couples will examine how to approach broken friendships/families and find meaning in post-loss life.
3Hopeful Hearts is also planning its first whole-family retreat, an opportunity for parents and surviving siblings to process their grief together with the guidance and support of bereaved parents who have experienced similar loss.
