Thriving Together

Cancer sucks.  And sometimes the uncertainty makes it really hard to plan to get away.  Finding the time and opportunity to escape the grind of scans and treatment is always hard, but throw in my mom's passing and getting dad set up in assisted living has made it extra hard since my diagnosis last year.

I’ve been invited to attend Thriving Together, a 3-night camp in Colorado, for adults who have faced cancer. Designed to foster connection, healing, and joy beyond diagnosis, this experience brings thrivers/survivors together in inspiring natural settings for powerful days of community and adventure. 

This program is hosted by Epic Experience— a nonprofit whose mission is to empower cancer survivors to live beyond cancer.
