Every Story Matters Keeping Siblings Connected

I am supporting Elevating Connections this month because I believe children and youth who enter the child welfare system deserve to stay connected to the people who matter to them the most. I recently joined the board of directors of Elevating Connections because the mission is personal to me. My career in child welfare has led me to this work, advocating for children, youth and families in our community who deserve connection, stability and support.

For the past 10 years, Elevating Connections has been dedicated to strengthening sibling relationships by creating opportunities for them to spend real, meaningful time together.

This campaign is helping fund Camp Connect and year-round programs so siblings can reconnect, build memories, and stay part of each other’s lives.

We see firsthand the joy, healing, and connection that happens when siblings are given the chance to be together.

And the impact lasts far beyond those moments. It stays with them for life.
