Miles, Mountains & Meaning for The Matthews House

I am  participating in the Wild West Relay, a 200-mile team running adventure across Colorado, to raise funds for The Matthews House. This course begins in Fort Collins, takes us through Wyoming, and finishes in Steamboat Springs.

The Matthews House supports youth and families facing homelessness, poverty, and instability by providing mentoring, housing support, life-skills programs, and essential resources. Every donation helps create stability, opportunity, and hope for those who need it most.

Personally, I’m doing this because I want to challenge myself to do hard things — and this race is a chance to prove to myself that I can. I also want to show my boys that their mom works hard, sets big goals, and follows through.
