Denver Pet Partners Supports Colorado Pet Pantry

Denver Pet Partners and Colorado Pet Pantry both believe in the power of the Human-Animal Bond and the importance of keeping pets with their family because pets are family members.  Many pet owners experience periods of hardship, but that should not have to lead to the painful decision to give up a beloved pet.  By providing pet food and supplies to owners, the Colorado Pet Pantry helps keep dogs and cats with their families and out of shelters.  

Denver Pet Partners is fundraising for Colorado Pet Pantry, because we know that people need their pets, especially when they are going through difficult times.  Denver Pet Partners will match the first $1,000 in donations made by members during this fundraiser!

Denver Pet Partners is celebrating 25 years of service to the community.  Many thousands of lives have been changed through visits from registered therapy animal teams.  For Colorado Pet Pantry, this year marks 13 years of helping Colorado’s pets stay with their families, through more than 100 monthly statewide pet food pantries.

Because most of the pet food they distribute is donated, they can feed a dog or cat for only $5 per month.  Colorado Pet Pantry has developed an efficient distribution system, leveraging more than 1,400 volunteers, so they can keep the cost of feeding pets low, even at a time when price increases are causing expenses to continue upward.

Your donation not only allows pets to stay with their family but also gives relief to our state’s hard-working animal shelters and rescues, by keeping loved pets in their homes.
