Thank you all for the support. I am 36 holes in today. I shot a 86 on the first 18 holes with half of the round enjoying a nice rain.
The following 18 I was joined by Cameron and my wife Tricia. The sky cleared which also helped the golf game. I shot a 80 on the next course.
I am taking a little break that might help or hurt me before I head out for the final 9.
Thank you all for the continued support of Epic Experience. I am excited to continue to teach adults to play and live beyond cancer.
On June 25th, I turn 40 years old, and to celebrate this milestone, I'm taking on a challenge that combines my love of golf with my passion for helping cancer survivors thrive.
My goal is to play 40 holes of golf in one day while raising $1,600 for Epic Experience—an organization dedicated to empowering cancer survivors to live beyond cancer through life-changing outdoor adventures, community, and support.
I'm hoping to inspire 40 donors to give $40 each, but every gift—large or small—helps us reach our goal and directly supports Epic Experience programs for survivors and caregivers.
The challenge begins with a 6:00 AM tee time at Indian Tree Golf Course, followed by a round at City Park Golf Course at 10:00 AM, and finishing the day at the Indian Tree Par 3 Course for the final holes of my 40-hole journey.
