Support Election Protection for All Voters

I have been a member of the Colorado Common Cause (CCC) Board since 2004 and I continue to be so proud of the election protection work that the organization has done over the years.  I plan to match the first $300 donated on this page

CCC has done much to ensure free and fair elections in Colorado, to increase voter participation and education, and to provide more equitable access so that Coloradans who wish to exercise their right to vote are able to do it safely and confidently.  This is especially important work in light of the election denial movement of recent years.

CCC worked hard to pass Amendments Y and Z in 2018; these Amendments established Independent Election Commissions that allowed our congressional maps to be drawn by voters.  This was critically important at a time when Colorado had the opportunity to establish a new Congressional District.  Importantly, in 2022, CCC worked to pass the Vote Without Fear Act, which prohibits firearms at polling places or near ballot drop boxes. 

These are just a few of the important recent accomplishments by the CCC.  With your continued support, we plan to continue our important election protection work.
