Counseling for All

Over the course of my parenting career, I have come to understand the value of a good therapist.  In my adult life with career demands and controversy surrounding some of my professional roles I have tapped into the resource of having a coach who is on my side.  

When we were young parents we couldn't afford to pay for a counselor and it was not covered by insurance.  At the Counseling and Education Center they provide "Counseling for all, regardless of income or insurance."  

I encourage you to check out their website and learn more about the amazing work they do to lift our community up.  They are opening a location in Orchard Mesa soon.  I have lived on Orchard Mesa since the early 90s and we are now in Whitewater.  I cannot wait for services to be established on this side of town.

Colorado Gives Day (now through December 9) is Colorado's biggest giving movement, and donations made during this time help us reach our year-end goal of $30,000.  If you do not make the December 9th deadline that is A-OK!  Through the end of the month we will be continuing our fundraising efforts.
