Denver Nuggets forward Spencer Jones will join GSN on September 17, 2026, in bringing together a curated group of Denver business, civic, and community leaders to invest in the continued growth of the Justice-Engaged Students Colorado initiative and expand educational opportunities for students working to build their futures.
The gathering will highlight stories and artwork from students Jones has worked with through Justice-Engaged Students Colorado, while creating opportunities for Denver leaders to support long-term pathways to success for justice-engaged youth across Colorado.
This partnership reflects Jones’ growing commitment to Colorado’s justice-engaged students. Long before earning his first standard NBA contract and emerging as a recognizable figure in the Denver community, Jones was volunteering his time with students through Justice-Engaged Students Colorado, providing mentorship focused on leadership, discipline, mindset, and personal development.
Jones is coming off a breakthrough season in which he earned his first standard NBA contract and helped the Denver Nuggets reach the NBA Playoffs. Beyond basketball, he has built a growing presence across business, investing, and community impact, earning recognition as a LinkedIn Top Voice.
More than 23,000 youth are considered justice-engaged in Colorado today, and the need for educational programs designed to meet their unique needs has never been greater. Through Justice-Engaged Students Colorado, Generation Schools Network provides education, mentorship, and support designed to help students reengage with school and build pathways toward long-term success.
