True North Incorporated

True North is a non-profit located in Steamboat Spings, CO that provides services to people with disabilities. Our services are provided in a safe and consistent manner tailored to the individual needs and wants of the individual along with the desires of their families. Our care staff offer unique ways for clients to overcome obstacles to obtain personal life goals and become as independent within the community as possible.

Activities include both indoor and outdoor opportunities to develop new skills and interests to assist clients in leading purposeful, joyful, and productive lives. Recreational activities such as day trips, shopping, gardening, arts and crafts, games, cultural and educational programming, and exercise are incorporated. True North also provides job coaching opportunities for clients looking for employment within the community. Our goal is to help our clients achieve independent, fulfilling lives through programs that facilitate overall well-being.
