Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career™

A nonprofit organization

In the State of Colorado, an estimated 826,616* children and young people up to age 35 are not meeting crucial Cradle to Career milestones, hindering their upward mobility. In our region alone— Adams County, City of Arvada, City of Aurora and City and County of Broomfield. This region currently has 105,000 children and young people not on a path to upward mobility. Our vision extends beyond this region: We are positioned to scale our efforts across the entire state. Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career™ (RMP) has set an ambitious target to ensure an additional 71K children and young people (up to age 35) who are not currently meeting Cradle to Career milestones, achieve these critical steps for upward mobility by 2030.

At the core of our work is the understanding that no single entity can solve these challenges alone. The factors influencing a child’s success—like grade-level reading and math proficiency—are intertwined with things like housing stability, workforce opportunities, healthcare access, and family support. For example, children who switch schools frequently are less likely to read on grade level due to learning disruptions. This means improving outcomes requires collaboration between educators, community organizations, and local leaders.

Your support empowers RMP to bring these sectors together, aligning resources to break down barriers and create pathways for success. Every milestone a child achieves—whether entering kindergarten prepared, mastering third-grade reading, or graduating high school—represents progress toward a brighter future for our entire community.

Together, we can make a lasting impact that ripples across generations.

When you invest in Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career™ you’re helping young people achieve milestones that are synonymous with upward mobility:

By giving today, you become part of a movement to ensure every young person in Colorado has the opportunity to achieve their potential. Join us in transforming lives, one milestone at a time.

Mission

Mission

We unite the community to support children and young people up to age 35 in achieving critical milestones from cradle to career.

Vision

Every child and young person, regardless of their background or circumstance, is thriving and contributing to a vibrant economy.

Background Statement

Since 2005, this network has been united by the belief that "we are better TOGETHER." What started as a federally funded effort to address juvenile justice has evolved into a collaborative network of community members and public and private stakeholders. Together, we work to create a region where everyone—regardless of background or circumstance—has the opportunity to achieve economic and social mobility.
