Angels with Paws

Angels With Paws is a mostly cage-free cat rescue dedicated to providing compassionate care and placement for cats in need, especially those facing special medical or behavioral challenges. We also support pet owners experiencing hardship by providing assistance with spay/neuter services, pet food, and safe surrender options when needed.

In 2025, Angels With Paws helped 487 cats find loving homes—but our impact begins long before adoption day.

We provide a safe place for cats who may have nowhere else to turn, including seniors, neonatal kittens, nursing mothers, cats with chronic medical conditions, and those with special needs. Many arrive requiring extensive medical treatment, rehabilitation, socialization, or simply time and patience to feel safe again.

And the need continues to grow. By July 2026, just over halfway through the year, we were already nearing our total number of intakes and adoptions for all of 2025. This rapid increase reflects the growing need in our community and the number of cats depending on Angels With Paws for a safe place to land.

Our impact also reaches beyond the walls of our shelter. By helping pet owners access food, spay/neuter resources, and other support, we can sometimes prevent a surrender altogether and help keep a beloved cat with the family who already loves them.

487 adoptions in 2025 meant 487 new beginnings. Every adoption also opens space for another cat who needs us. Every foster home expands our ability to help. Every medical treatment gives a vulnerable cat another chance.

As the number of cats needing our help continues to grow, so does the cost of providing that care. Every donation gives us the ability to keep saying yes—especially to the cats who need us most.❤️
