After the Show Equine Sanctuary

After The Show Equine Sanctuary gives horses a safe place to land when their working years are over or life takes an unexpected turn.

Our sanctuary provides lifelong care for horses who can no longer continue in their previous careers due to age, injury, health needs, changes in their circumstances, or the loss of the people who loved and cared for them. Some of our horses have come to us after their owners passed away, leaving behind beloved animals in need of a secure future.

Here, they are given the opportunity to simply be horses—surrounded by thoughtful care, open space, companionship, and people committed to their well-being.

Providing sanctuary is a long-term promise. Donations help us provide hay and feed, veterinary and dental care, farrier services, medications, shelter, and the everyday necessities that keep our horses healthy and comfortable.
