Housing Resources of Western Colorado is a 501(c)(3) private non-profit that has been a vital part of the Western Colorado community for 45 years. HRWC has continued to grow with the help of our donors and volunteers who make it possible for us to work towards furthering our mission. Our core values center around altruism, integrity, quality, trust, and fiscal responsibility.
Our team offers pre-purchase and post-purchase education, opportunities for community revitalization, and the provision of quality, safe, affordable housing for those who qualify, as well as home rehabilitation and weatherization. HRWC is a chartered member of NeighborWorks America.
