At the Leadership Investment, we believe that people are more fulfilled, organizations are more successful and communities thrive when women and men share leadership and power. Therefore, we focus on supporting and advancing women in their careers by developing leaders, connecting people and inspiring action. Critical

Background Statement
Over 15 year ago, under the leadership of Steffie Allen, our founder, a small group of executive women gathered and asked the question...How can we best support one another and encourage additional women to seek senior leadership roles across the community? They began to provide coaching, mentoring and development opportunities leading to the establishment of a support network under the banner of the Women'sVision Foundation. Still true today, the founding core values were:
• Wisdom of the Heart: We promote the wisdom of the heart and not the head alone; thus we embrace what is both inspirational and practical.
• Belief in Women Leaders: We have a passionate belief that women leaders are essential to achieve ethical and value-based corporate excellence.
• Vibrant Community: We devote time and resources to community building based on mutual regard, caring and respect; we are passionate about empowering each other in a "place where the human spirit thrives."
• Leadership Substance: We provide high quality programs and events with substantive content that enable our participants to be effective change agents; we embrace new ideas, new tools and new expertise to make strong leaders.
• Working Together: We work in collaboration with one another, both exercising our authority and understanding our interdependence in achieving goal-driven results.
Today, our mission is executed by a dynamic board and leadership team, supplemented by hundreds of volunteers. Our membership includes over sixty corporations, and over 6,000 members and constituents. We are a thriving and supportive community of career-minded women and men. We offer a variety of cutting-edge leadership and professional development programs, signature events and career-building volunteer opportunities. Using The Leadership Investment our constituents:
